Green IT in HealthMonitor Enterprise and Professional
HealthMonitor allows you to:
- set power saving parameters and assign them to your machines
- automatically turn the monitor off, suspend or shutdown each machine according to the saving parameters you set
- detect suspend and shutdown times for your machines
- estimate the power savings that you achieve
For each machine you can set the intervals for turning the monitor off, for standby, and for shutdown. If the machine user is inactive for more than the specified interval, HealthMonitor will perform the relevant action, and that will reduce power waste.
You can define different intervals for different machines and for different hours and days in a week, so you can adapt the power saving settings to the work patterns of your organization.
If a machine’s user is inactive for longer than the configured periods, HealthMonitor will automatically turn the monitor off, or put the machine on standby, or turn it off entirely, according to the power usage configuration you set. Also, HealthMonitor will detect the times at which the monitor or the machine is off and make an estimate of saved power, money and CO2. Four reports will allow you to view and analyze power savings.

HealthMonitor Free allows you to:

In HealthMonitor's interface you will see the power saving amount, and three graphs will show the saving trend over time.
