Control Panel for all Machines

Detailed display for each client. State of the disks (total memory, available space), usage of RAM (total, current and average), CPU usage (average values), network usage (average values) and the operating system. Moreover, you can verify the condition of the plug-in at the latest checking operation for each client and modify its parameters: display a list of hardware and software installed, processes being run, the situation as regards services and the warnings to date.

Example
Problem: A user calls support service because their pc is slow.
Solution: You can check the state of the client from the control panel without physically having to go to the user’s machine.

Investigating Warnings and Messages

A quick investigation of critical levels and anomalies with the option of grouping them for individual clients, client groups, plug-ins or critical levels. The investigation interface helps you to immediately pinpoint critical levels for machines and servers near the alarm threshold. You can save these settings to speed up repetitive checks.

Example
Problem: Monitoring daily CPU usage for a particular time band on more than one server.
Solution: Set the investigation parameters according to your needs, such as time band, alarm threshold etc, and save them. You will be able to use them again periodically.

Log Book

The administrator can write and log notes to track each client's operation and anomalies, actions taken on that client, and other useful information.

Example
Problem: the administrator wants to keep track of actions taken to correct anomalies on each particular client.
Solution: log actions in each client's log book.

Unattended Installation

You can prepare automatic installation for all machines by means of configured parameters in your command line. The installation will proceed automatically when you connect to the web server, activating the plug-ins according to the predefined distribution parameters.

Example
Problem: You want to automate the installation on all clients of the network without having to intervene personally.
Solution: Using access-to-network script or group policy as specified by the software distributor you can start the set up silently and invisibly to the user.

User and role management

Define roles and assign different roles to different users, so you will be able to grant or deny access to each section of HealthMonitor Web's interface and to decide what actions users will be enabled to perform.
